The Primal Blueprint By Mark Sisson
This was the first paleo/primal book I read. Such a powerful tool and a very easy read for anyone who’s considering transitioning to a paleo lifestyle.

The Great Cholesterol Myth By Jonny Bowden PH. D and Stephen Sinatra, M.D.
This book does a fantastic job breaking down what is cholesterol, why it matters and why its been falsely demonized for so long.

Eat the Yolks By Liz Wolfe, NTP
Lighthearted, funny and a very easy way to educate your self on the real food lifestyle and why we need to get back to where we were.

Practical Paleo By Diane Sanfilippo, BS, NC
One of my first books that taught me how to eat real food. Includes autoimmune protocols, recipes and great references.

Good Calories, Bad Calories By Gary Taubes
This book isn’t for the faint of heart. If your looking for going in to the trenches on the history of how we got here and the scientific issues with them, than this book is for you. I love this book but I had to read it piece by piece. It can be overwhelming but a definate must.

It Starts with Food By Dallas and Melissa Hartwig

The creators of the Whole30 diet, a great starting point to Paleo. I have done a few Whole30’s myself and it is very helpful when looking for intolerances.
