This book isn’t for the faint of heart. If your looking for going in to the trenches on the history of how we got here and the scientific issues with them, than this book is for you. I love this book but I had to read it piece by piece. It can be overwhelming but a definate must.
The creators of the Whole30 diet, a great starting point to Paleo. I have done a few Whole30’s myself and it is very helpful when looking for intolerances.
