Participation in any program or service offered by The Primal Nurse does not establish a nurse–patient or provider–patient relationship.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own health decisions and outcomes. Information shared should be used as a complement to, not a replacement for, professional medical care.

The Primal Nurse does not provide emergency services, crisis intervention, or acute medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate assistance by:
