The Primal Nurse is committed to providing high-quality educational and wellness services. Please review this policy carefully prior to purchasing any service, program, or product. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Educational & Coaching Services

All services provided by The Primal Nurse are offered in a health education and wellness coaching capacity, not as medical care.

a. Initial Consultation

Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable. This session is reserved specifically for you and is used to assess goals, provide educational guidance, and determine appropriate next steps.

b. Coaching Packages

• Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.
• Prorated Refunds: If approved, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed or accessed at the time of the request.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees associated with assessments, testing, third-party services, or materials are non-refundable.
• Processing Fee: A $50 administrative processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

No refunds will be issued once all sessions in a package have been completed or the access period has ended.

2. Workshops, Classes, and Events

a. Registration Fees

• Refund Requests: Refund requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
• Eligible Refunds: Requests made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Requests made fewer than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

b. Event Cancellation by The Primal Nurse

If The Primal Nurse cancels a workshop, class, or event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of instant access and delivery, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• E-books
• Online courses
• Downloadable resources
• Digital educational materials

No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided once access has been granted.

4. Supplements and Physical Products

• Unopened and unused products purchased directly from The Primal Nurse may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
• Products purchased through third-party retailers, partner sites, or affiliate links are subject to the return and refund policies of the original seller and are not eligible for refunds through The Primal Nurse.

5. Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing or payment issue, please contact us promptly so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating chargebacks without first contacting The Primal Nurse may result in suspension of access to services or digital content.
