The Primal Nurse Return and Refund Policy

At The Primal Nurse, we are committed to providing high-quality holistic health coaching services. Your satisfaction is our priority. 

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Coaching Services

a. Initial Consultation

- Non-refundable: The fee for the initial consultation is non-refundable. This session is designed to understand your health goals and create a personalized plan.

b. Coaching Packages

- Refund Request: If you are not satisfied with your coaching package, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

- Partial Refund: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed. Any lab or testing fees associated with your package are nonrefundable. 

-  A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Workshops and Events

a. Registration Fees

- Refund Request: Refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop or event date.

- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the request is made within the specified time frame.

- Late Cancellation: If a refund request is made less than 7 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued.

b. Event Cancellation

- Full Refund: If The Primal Nurse cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

3. Digital Products

a. E-books, Courses, and Downloads

- Non-refundable: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and delivery.

4. Supplements and Other Products

- Unopened products purchased directly from The Primal Nurse may be returned for a full refund minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. 

- Any products purchased from a partner site and/or and affiliate link are not eligible for return or refund through The Primal Nurse. See original purchase site for return and/or refund policy. 

5. Payment Disputes

- Resolution Process: If you encounter any issues with payments, please contact us immediately at [contact information]. We will work with you to resolve any disputes amicably.
